Things really haven´t changed mich up here, dear guests, over the past centuries. Even before 1850 when Herr von Zallinger purchaed the beautoful Alpine pasture at the foot of the majestic Sassopiatto, gave it his name and had a charming little chapel built close by, herdsmen and travellers were made welcome and give a meal. Since that time hospitality has been a tradition - a tradition that is still observed today.
