In the past, adventurers always had to carry provisions with them on their expeditions. Thank goodness for the Zallinger Dolomites! At our restaurant, we spoil hotel guests, hikers, skiers and all visitors to the Seiser Alm with South Tyrolean specialities and Mediterranean delicacies. Our recommendation: Be sure to try our fluffy Kaiserschmarrn, which can best be described as scrambled sweet pancakes.

Together with the Zallinger kitchen team, he transforms regional meat into flavourful creations.
