At the Zallinger Dolomites, even the drive up is an experience, which is why we have dedicated a separate subpage to this topic. You can find all the information here. You can check into your room from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please return the room key to reception by 10:00 am on your last day.

Here at the Zallinger Dolomites, nature is both the director and the actor. In other words, there are no TVs in our rooms. Instead, open the window and enjoy the finest countryside cinema. If you would still prefer some screen entertainment, you can reserve our TV on wheels. 

Pets are not allowed in our hotel. But we still have animals – our Haflinger horses are always happy to see you.

Should life have other plans, you can find our cancellation policy here:

• If you cancel up to 6 weeks before your arrival date, your deposit will be retained.
• If you cancel 6 weeks or less before your arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the booked trip.
• If you cancel 3 weeks or less before your arrival date, if you arrive late or leave early, you will be charged 100% of the booked trip.
• This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let entirely or partially.

“I’ll be offline then” – that’s our motto here at the Zallinger Dolomites. However, if you cannot do without an internet connection, log in to our WIFI. But please don’t get lost in it, because the nature around you has so much more to offer!

All our prices are per person per day including half board. A third and/or fourth person can stay in the room for a special rate. The is a 30% surcharge for single occupancy. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot reserve a specific room for you. Your booking is considered definite once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total price.

Not quite ready to say goodbye? If you book your next stay directly at the hotel, you will receive a 5 percent discount. That way, returning is not only easier, but also more rewarding.
